Privacy and customer media

Aabhas displays consent and privacy links before customer media is used. Merchants must provide accurate public privacy and terms destinations for their storefront or retail experience.

Media handling

Section titled “Media handling”
  • Normal storefront uploads use short-lived signed URLs.
  • Stored references are scoped to the permitted organization and experience.
  • no_store behavior limits retained customer media and may return an inline result instead of a durable result URL.
  • Prepared media can be reused only under the applicable storage policy and matching preparation identity.
  • Customer media is not part of aggregate merchant analytics.

Do not place credentials, raw signed URLs, or customer photos in support tickets. Provide the job or request identifier and approximate time instead.
