Reports and exports

Interactive dashboards default to seven days and accept up to 31 inclusive days. This keeps current counters and coverage states predictable without expensive raw-event reconstruction during a page load.

For a longer report, provide:

  • Organization and Shopify store.
  • Requested date range and timezone.
  • Business questions or required metrics.
  • Desired grouping, such as day, product, collection, or VTO cohort.
  • Delivery format and intended audience.

A longer report may use verified aggregate data or an approved offline extract. Historical periods with insufficient evidence remain partial or unavailable; they are not filled with estimates.

Customer photos, secrets, and raw attribution tokens must not be included in a business export.
