Hub setup and stores

A Hub can represent a mall, shopping complex, event, or curated retail group. The Hub organization operates the shared discovery experience; linked store organizations retain ownership of their own catalog and runtime readiness.

  1. Create the Hub profile and choose its public type and status.
  2. Add location and customer-facing details.
  3. Link an existing store organization or send an email invitation.
  4. Activate the link after the store is ready.
  5. Set store display order and featured state.
  6. Create a Hub-context screen and test its QR journey.

Standalone visibility and Hub visibility are independent. A store can be:

  • Publicly listed on Aabhas Store and active in a Hub.
  • Hidden from general discovery but active inside a Hub.
  • Available only through its direct store QR.
  • Linked but suspended or hidden in one Hub without affecting its own operation.

Hub administrators cannot edit a linked store’s catalog, private drafts, or runtime configuration.
