Store onboarding

Sign in to Aabhas Studio with an organization-admin account. New users can register for retail setup. Select the correct organization before making changes.

Automatic setup creates a private draft store using Aabhas-approved workflow defaults. Repeating setup does not overwrite an existing store or its workflow. If setup needs assistance, contact Aabhas support; do not create another account to retry. Setup does not publish the store or start a generation.

In Retail > Setup, complete the display name, city/state, location, contact details, categories, and other available profile fields. Save before checking readiness. Optional branding and discovery information can be added later.

Public listing is separate from QR operation: an unlisted store can still work through its direct QR link. Saving a profile does not mean every launch requirement has passed.

Workflow setup is read-only for store administrators. Runtime checks assess saved configuration, not current generation capacity or remaining usage. Catalog totals and paired-screen counts are saved-state indicators; a paired screen is not necessarily online.

  1. Save your store profile and resolve setup messages.
  2. Preview and import your catalog.
  3. Edit products and provide approved images.
  4. Populate any custom fields required by your configured experience.
  5. Resolve product readiness issues.
  6. Pair each screen and scan its QR code.
  7. Run a real customer trial; verify the selected garment, phone result, TV result and clearing behavior.
  8. Enable public discovery only when you intend to list the store.

Retail requires retained media for its phone/TV journey. If your organization’s media policy prevents retail setup, ask Aabhas to review it; repeated setup does not change that policy.
