Organization settings
Organization admins can configure supported defaults for the active organization.
Job visibility
Section titled “Job visibility”- User-only limits members to their own jobs and is safer for independent operators.
- Organization-wide allows permitted team members to review shared production history.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Notification preferences describe the preferred route. A channel is usable only when the corresponding provider is enabled for the environment.
Image storage
Section titled “Image storage”persist allows permitted media retention and Studio previews. no_store disables normal media retention and Studio media display even if a previous UI value suggested otherwise.
Retention is expressed as a policy duration where supported. Confirm legal and operational requirements before changing it; do not use a short value merely to reduce storage without considering active jobs and customer journeys.
License keys
Section titled “License keys”License keys authenticate approved server integrations. The full key is shown only when created.
- Copy it directly into a secret manager.
- Give each integration a descriptive key.
- Disable before investigation; revoke when it must never be accepted again.
- Never place a license key in browser code, screenshots, tickets, or source control.
