Customer and staff journey

Customer journey

Section titled “Customer journey”
  1. Scan the root-level store QR alias.
  2. Start or resume an anonymous trial automatically.
  3. Choose Camera, Gallery, or Add Image and confirm consent.
  4. Scan a barcode or search ready products.
  5. Review the person and garment, then generate.
  6. View the result on phone and display it on the paired TV.
  7. Use a completed result as the base for another garment when combination try-on is enabled.

Customer login is optional. Signing in can merge the anonymous session into saved customer history, but it never creates Studio membership.

Staff journey

Section titled “Staff journey”

Staff may inspect the active screen session, select ready garments, trigger an assisted try-on, choose an eligible completed result for TV, clear the display, and close the session.

Staff must not browse raw customer photos or historical customer media. Prepared image previews are limited to the active try-on context.
