Deletion requests
Signed-in Store customers
Section titled “Signed-in Store customers”Where self-service deletion is available, a signed-in Store customer can remove saved media from the profile. Aabhas hides the records from active experiences, prevents in-flight work from restoring deleted results, clears matching TV display state, and performs best-effort object cleanup with audit visibility.
Anonymous and broader requests
Section titled “Anonymous and broader requests”Anonymous retail sessions and broader account or organization requests use a verified support process. Provide the store, approximate session time, and safe request identifier. Do not send the image itself unless support explicitly provides an approved secure route.
Shopify
Section titled “Shopify”Shopify privacy and compliance requests are verified through Shopify’s signed webhook process. Merchants should use the applicable Shopify customer-data workflow rather than emailing database identifiers.
Where enabled, the Aabhas Shopify admin privacy controls can request scoped cleanup for a customer’s linked try-on data or selected anonymous actors. Shop-wide bulk cleanup is unavailable and requires a scoped support review. These controls do not certify that every stored copy has been erased. Server deletion does not clear photo caches on the shopper’s browser: clearing that site’s browser data is separate. Removing a widget or withdrawing consent is not a media-deletion request. Failed storage/Core cleanup can remain pending and must be followed through; a request acknowledgement is not proof that every stored copy was erased.
Deletion scope and legal retention can differ for media, billing records, security audit records, and aggregated non-media analytics. Aabhas confirms the applicable scope when processing the request.
Shoppers should normally contact the merchant that provided the experience. Merchants and direct Aabhas clients can send privacy questions to support@aabhas.tech unless their agreement provides another route.
