Documentation policy
Every page records its owner, verification date, product, audience, and source repositories. Current pages describe released behavior. Preview pages describe controlled capabilities and must not be treated as generally available.
Client documentation does not publish production credentials, internal service topology, private client records, infrastructure runbooks, database procedures, or customer media.
When behavior changes
Section titled “When behavior changes”The owning product change must update its client page in the same release. Documentation review confirms:
- The feature exists in current source and is enabled as described.
- Role, entitlement, storage, and privacy boundaries are stated.
- Screenshots use sanitized demo data.
- Analytics formulas identify their denominator and availability.
- Troubleshooting does not ask clients to bypass security controls.
If the product and documentation disagree, contact Aabhas support and provide the page URL and observed product version.
