Jobs and results
The Jobs view records generation work and its terminal state. Depending on storage policy, it may include safe input references, product context, result media, timing, and failure details.
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”- Pending or processing: work has been accepted and has not reached a terminal state.
- Succeeded: the configured output was generated.
- Failed: generation ended with an error; inspect the displayed error code before retrying.
Do not assume a slow job is permanently stuck. Refresh the job state and use its identifier when contacting support. Avoid downloading or sharing customer photos unless your role and purpose permit it.
