Data quality and coverage
Availability states
Section titled “Availability states”| State | Meaning |

| Exact | Computed from the designated event or authoritative commerce source. |
| Directional | Useful cohort relationship built from complete supported journey data, but not exact product attribution. |
| Partial | Some valid data is available while recent or historical projection coverage is incomplete. |
| Unavailable | Required source or coverage is missing; no numeric value should be shown. |
| Zero | The calculation was available and found no matching activity. |
Exact event counters continue updating during ingestion. Cohort and attribution views can lag while detailed daily projections complete, especially for the current UTC day or high-volume stores.
Date handling
Section titled “Date handling”Dashboard ranges use inclusive dates in UTC. The applied range shown by the dashboard is authoritative. The default is the last seven inclusive days, and self-serve requests are limited to 31 inclusive days.
Comparing stores with different checkout providers or consent rates requires checking coverage first. A lower observed purchase count may reflect missing provider visibility rather than lower sales.
