Online stores

Section titled “Online stores”
  • Use Shopify VTO when your storefront uses a Shopify theme and app blocks.
  • Use Shopify Hydrogen when your storefront is custom-built with Hydrogen.
  • Contact Aabhas before combining both experiences on one storefront. Only one customer-facing VTO runtime should handle a page.

Physical retail

Section titled “Physical retail”
  • Use Store VTON when a QR code and screen serve one store’s catalog.
  • Use Hub VTON when a shared entrance or screen lets customers browse multiple linked stores.

A store remains independent whether or not it belongs to a Hub. A store may be discoverable directly, inside one or more Hubs, both, or only through a direct QR journey.
